To build your perfect bespoke saddle, we first gather the relevant data—and that means creating your personal pressure profile. Your journey begins with your chosen One-to-One certified, independent bike fitting expert and our pressure-mapping technology. You’ll be led through a fit session to identify your ideal saddle shape while highlighting pressure peaks, hotspots, imbalances, or areas of instability—all done dynamically, whilst you pedal, and on your actual bike.
Using your personal pressure profile and the Carbon Digital Light Synthesis™ technology that powers our range of Adaptive 3D-printed saddles, we get to work creating a one-of-a-kind saddle. The end results is a unique design that blends functional comfort zones fine-tuned to meet your riding needs: firm where more support is required and soft where pressure-relief is need, all bespoke to you.
Upon receiving your saddle, you will have the opportunity for a follow-up fit session that will re-map your personal pressure profile using your new custom saddle against your old seat. Expect to see a reduction in peak pressure values, a more symmetrical movement and your weight distributed over a wider surface area, all shown to you both visually and numerically - backing up the comfort you’ll already be feeling.

The process is simple and relatively quick. It takes just one saddle fitting session, followed by a four-week lead time for production and delivery. Additionally, after your saddle arrives, you have the option to participate in a follow-up fit session to compare pressure data.
