Instead, the new Decos epitomises fizik’s famed minimalist design at its finest. For these shoes we took a disciplined approach toward simplicity to deliver the pure road riding experience you expect from fizik, from epic, big-mountain rides to granfondos and beyond.
Simply Supportive
The sleek uppers utilise a resilient polyurethane-laminated material combined over a comfortable mesh, resulting in reduced yield and providing long lasting foot support where it’s needed most. The fit is practical and quickly fine-tuned with a single bi-directional Li2 BOA® dial.
R3 OUTSOLE
Tempo Decos Carbon also features an entirely new outsole, the R3, engineered with an updated carbon fiber layup and new design to save weight without compromising stiffness. With an index of 10, the R3 is a stiff outsole providing optimal power transfer. Two wide vent inlets and deep internal channelling enable a cooling airflow, contributing to temperature management. Aligned with latest bike fitting trends, the R3 outsole offers a recessed cleat positioning, the same as all of the most recent fizik models, to optimize pedalling efficiency and reduce knee compression, especially well suited to very aggressive, forward aero positions.

Great shoe. Real stiff. Typically wear a 43 in other brands, but followed the recommended sizing and went with 42.5. It feels good, maybe a little small but might be better once I beak in the upper. Not sure what the size 43 feels like but I assume there would be a bit too much room for a cycling shoe.

After another painful ride, because of lousy fitting cycling shoes, decided to treat myself on a new pair, and to choose those that I expected would fit me best, at any price. After reading reviews my choice was on a pair of Fizik. Followed the sizing guide and ordered my new pair (and even got a discount because of being a new customer, how amazing!) The order was processed promptly and after only 2 days my shoes arrived. The shoes are as shiny as on the pictures :-), the size is perfect and there is a lot of freedom to position the shoe plates. Used them for multi-day touring almost from the start and they simply appeared to be perfect! Never had shoes that fit better, 'embrace' my feet tightly to prevent them from sliding, and that way are painless to wear. They give a lot of support and do not exhaust my feet. I'm very happy with my shoes, and I think the information shared on the website is a good guide to support anyone in making a good choice and order a perfectly fitting pair of shoes.

Love these shoes, I’m a size 10 and they fit perfectly as a size 10/43EU. Love the colouring and design. Very happy with the Tempo Decos. Some say they make you go faster, I have yet to see that but I’m sure in a few months I’ll be much faster thanks to these.
