The Aria R3 will fit any road-rider’s foot thanks to the Enhanced Volume Control which uses two micro-adjustable Boa®® IP1-B dials running strong, light steel-coated nylon laces and lightweight plastic lace guides.
The closure system draws the pliable yet protective Microtex upper around the foot to fit snugly with no seam-rub or pressure points. Laser Perforated and 1.2mm thick, it’s ideal for the all-season blend of light weight, breathability and flexibility, strength and support. A superb range of distinctive new colorways include the unique combination of a shiny/opaque combination material.
Aria R3’s Uni Direction Full Carbon Outsole is lightweight and laterally stiff for ultimate power transfer, while the discreet toe stud and removable double heel-stud provide purchase when off the bike. It features an advanced ventilation system for rider comfort and peak performance whatever your ride, and works with the fizik Cycling Insole’s subtly cushioned structure and supportive heel-cup.

Lamentablemente tuve que devolver las zapatillas Aria R3 por resultar pequeñas. Pedi talla 44, calzando 45 en Sidi y Mavic, y a pesar de que en todos los lados me aconsejaban incluso un número aún menor me quedaban pequeñas. Me parecieron particularmente estrechas. No puedo comprarlas porque el numero 44 1/2 esta agotado y no existe la versión wide.. Las zapatillas presentaban un excelente acabado, desprendiendo calidad y son muy bonitas. Lastima.

Those are my first "real" cycling shoes so I cannot compare them with others. I wanted the basic "pro" model with carbon sole and the Strava coupon code made these available within my budget. Opening the box I was pleasantly surprised how they look in reality. I never had my own shoes but I have seen many and Aria shoes are among the most beautiful I have seen. In winter I am using them several times a week on my indoor trainer (rollers). They feel stiff and comfortable at the same time. They are a little bit longer than my Asics or Adidas running shoes. I would say half the number. So I have pushed cleats as far back as possible and this is working well. I have a very high arch and there is no uncomfortable pressure. Tightening upper Boa dial pressure is distributed evenly. I can tighten them enough to be firm but still maintain comfort. After one hour on rollers shoes are very comfortable. I am very satisfied!

Just completed my first ride with these shoes today. They are very comfortable and are light and stiff as expected. I had to exchange for a half size smaller (normally wear size 42 but the 42s were loose in the heel so exchanged for 41.5). Very happy with these shoes.
