FIZIK Choosing a saddle for a bike when you don’t know the end user isvery difficult. Could you tell us more on your bike/saddle match selection process?

PD Our selection process begins with a clear understanding of the typical riding positions and expected use cases for each bike category. By focusing on these usage-specific design elements, we’re able to select saddles that comfortably support a broad range of users, enhancing the riding experience across different terrains and intensities. At the same time, we recognize that every rider is unique, and while we design with a clear customer profile in mind, we believe true value comes from offering products that can be tailored to the individual. That’s why we also provide the option for users to choose their own saddle, ensuring the perfect match for their personal needs.

FIZIK What’s your favorite bike ever?

PD Orca Aero for road, Wild for MTB.

FIZIK Any cool project you’re working on that you can share some details on?

PD We’ve got a lot in the works, but I can’t share too much just yet. What I can say is that we’re always moving forward—constantly refining our products to stay perfectly aligned with each rider’s needs and the ever-evolving ways we ride. Exciting things are coming! Stay tuned!
